The political director is responsible for strategizing and coordinating with Faith in Public Life Action Fund’s leadership on national, state and local level campaigns. They oversee FPL Action’s 2020 electoral strategy, digitally and on the ground, designing and implementing our theory of change to mobilize and persuade. They promote the value add of faith impact in 2020 elections, maximizing our assets as they match opportunities to influence key races. This position is an individual contributor position that works under the supervision of the VP of Organizing and Campaigns, and collaborates frequently with the organizing team, the VP of Communications and Digital Strategy and the VP of Development. In addition to overseeing FPL Action’s work, the Political Director lends support to FPL’s C3 campaigns on an as-needed basis.
